Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Chosfox. We are committed to providing high-quality mechanical keyboards and reliable after-sales support.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Chosfox.com. Products purchased through authorized resellers are subject to the reseller’s own warranty policies.
Warranty Coverage
Keyboard Products
All Chosfox keyboard products are covered by a 1-year hardware (PCB) warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in hardware that occur under normal use.
If your keyboard has any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product so that we can assist you promptly.
During the warranty period, if your keyboard experiences a covered failure, we will repair or replace the defective component free of charge. However, if the issue is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty, all associated costs, including replacement parts and shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
A protective plastic bag is included around the keyboard. Please inspect the overall appearance before opening the package. If there are any obvious defects or cosmetic issues, contact customer support immediately.
Minor cosmetic imperfections on the keyboard case, including tool marks, stains, dents, sanding marks, or scratches measuring 2 mm or less, are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not covered.
Tool marks or machining marks on internal surfaces of the keyboard case are not considered defects.
Subjective preferences such as typing sound, typing feel, or appearance are not covered.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
PCB damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) or improper handling during assembly or modification.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by the use of unauthorized or third-party components and accessories.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading over time.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary due to product improvements or manufacturing updates.
Switches
Warranty Coverage
All switches purchased from Chosfox are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
Covered issues include:
Switches that fail to register key presses
Unintended double-typing or chattering
Manufacturing defects that affect normal functionality
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
Switches that have been lubed, filmed, opened, or modified
Damage caused during installation or removal
Bent pins caused by improper handling or installation
Normal variations in sound, feel, spring weight, or manufacturing tolerances
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Stabilizers
Warranty Coverage
All stabilizers purchased from Chosfox are covered by a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects or missing components.
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
Stabilizers that have been clipped, lubed, modified, or disassembled
Damage caused during installation or tuning
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Keycaps
Warranty Coverage
All keycaps purchased from Chosfox are covered by a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery.
Please inspect your keycaps upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
Covered issues include:
Missing keycaps
Incorrect keycaps or layouts received
Manufacturing defects
Significant printing, molding, or color inconsistencies
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
Keycaps that have been mounted, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
Normal manufacturing tolerances and minor color variations
Wear caused by regular use
Personal preferences regarding texture, profile, feel, sound, or appearance
Compatibility issues caused by unsupported keyboard layouts or switches
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at yangsk@chosfox.com and provide the following information:
Order number
Product model
Detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos demonstrating the problem
Our team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.
Please note: Warranty service is only available for orders placed directly through Chosfox.com.
If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller, please contact the reseller’s official support team for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the keyboard or defective components.
Chosfox shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
This warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by Chosfox and supersedes any other express or implied warranties.
