Shipping Details

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you haven't received any confirmation or shipping notifications within 3 business days, please take the following steps:

  1. Verify that you haven't purchased any pre-sale items.
  2. Ensure that the email address you used to place the order is correct.
  3. Check your SPAM folder.

To track your order, please visit 17track, which will auto-detect the carrier, usually your national post service. Please note that the tracking number will not become active until the package has arrived in your country's airport. This is because 4PX handles the shipping from China to your country.
