Once we shipped your order, the tracking number will be sent to your by email within 24 hours.
If you do not receive any email confirmation or shipping notifications within 3 business days (excluding weekends).
Please kindly check that:
1. You did not purchase any pre-sale items.
2. The email address used when placing the order is correct.
3. Check your SPAM folder.

You can track your order on 17track, and the carrier will be auto detected, usually your national post service.
Please kindly notat that as 4PX handles the shipping from China to your country, the tracking number will NOT be activated until the package landed at the airport in your country.
