Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Assembled Keyboards
Returns are not accepted for assembled keyboards due to personal preferences. If there is a hardware issue, we provide free repair service (shipping at buyer’s expense).
Shipping-Related Issues
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Package refused by the recipient
- Refusal to pay import duties
- Failure to respond to customs or courier
- Returning an item without notice
PCB Warranty
All PCBs are covered under a 1-year warranty, except for:
- Detached USB ports
- Damaged hot-swap sockets
- Self-modified PCBs (e.g., hand-soldering)
Switches
Switches that are lubed, opened, or modified are not eligible for return or warranty.
Stabilizers
Stabilizers that are clipped, lubed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Keycaps
Inspect your keycaps within 7 days of receiving them. Used or mounted keycaps are not returnable.
Keyboard Cases
- Minor inner marks or mounting blemishes are normal
- Light scratches on anodized surfaces or weights are acceptable
- Report major damage within 7 days
- Cross-threaded screws are not covered
Order Cancellation
You may cancel unshipped orders. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. For group buys, a 3% processing fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Used or damaged items
- Custom/personal products
- Clearance/discounted products
- Returns past 7 days
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged items with the same item. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns over $75, use tracking or insurance.
